Service Description

You’re not looking for a fake internet letter. You’re looking for documentation that can actually hold up. This service is a structured mental health evaluation for Texas residents who are requesting an emotional support animal accommodation under the Fair Housing Act. We’ll review mental health history, current symptoms, functional impact, and whether an ESA meaningfully supports daily functioning. If an ESA letter is clinically appropriate, I’ll provide documentation on professional letterhead with my Texas license information. If it’s not clinically indicated, I’ll tell you that directly and we’ll talk about other options. Important: This is not a “guaranteed letter” service. The evaluation determines whether documentation is clinically appropriate.
